I'm Sophie, a Professional Organiser and Declutterer based in London. I went full-time with This Haven in 2022 and have a roster of clients around central London.

I was never a naturally tidy and organised person which meant it was vital for me to implement systems that would assist me in putting things away and keeping my home organised. Eventually, this progressed to helping others close to me with their spaces.

In terms of my working style, I have a collaborative process and tend to work one-on-one with clients. A big part of this is considering your routines to reset a space and adapt it to what will work best for your lifestyle.

I am far from a minimalist and will not try to convince you to become one. I don't like the idea of demonising shopping or throwing away everything you own. But my particular niche is small spaces and I love configuring rooms to fit things better as well as working with ADHD and overwhelmed brains.

Fundamentally I believe that anyone can improve and enjoy their environment without buying more things.
